Will there be an instructor for the class, or are these self-study classes?
Each online class has an instructor who is actively involved in the coursework by leading discussions, giving and grading assignments, and guiding students to higher levels of achievement. Instructors also provide real-world expertise that complements course material and presents a more comprehensive perspective for students.
What happens if I have technical difficulties during an online class?
A toll-free helpline is always available for students who are having problems accessing their online class or interacting with course materials. Assistance with other technical issues may be found within the online classroom, or can be obtained outside of the classroom during normal business hours.
